Many times hunger and poverty are hard to see. By outward appearances we may not know a family is struggling or that a school age child does not have enough food at home. Dear Al,
This week we had out heating system changed to gas and I just wanted to take a moment to compliment your staff. On Tuesday Rob and another young man came to run the gas lines. They were perfectly polite and respectful and did an awesome job! We did not think we could do any better until the installation team showed up yesterday. They were great and worked their butts off to finish the job. They ran into a couple of issues as out home (which was built in the 1940's) was built to withstand a nuclear attack. Again, they were perfectly polite and respectful and worked until after midnight to complete the job. I have also had the opportunity to speak to Jessica in the office. She also went the extra mile. You obviously are very particular about the sort of person the represents your business.
We have given accolades about your company to our neighbors who of course were asking what we were doing. I hope it may bring you some business. It is a pleasure to deal with your company and we hope to continue this relationship for years to come.

I just completed a conversion from oil to gas and Esposito Plumbing helped to make it a complete My decision to change my heating and hot water system was prompted by a leaking water heater which had to be replaced on an again oil heating system. National Grid suggested that I contact Esposito Plumbing & Heating - THIS IS THE BEST RECOMMENDATION I EVER FOLLOWED!!!
Al Esposito visited me and laid out all the necessary steps for a successful conversion and submitted a written proposal with very fair pricing, which included the cost of all materials and labor as well as coordination all the filing of the necessary permits and inspections from the town; removal of the old system and installation of the new gas system. Al Esposito made great recommendations for other vendors to handle necessary chimney work, oil tank abansonment & asbestos removal work.
The best thing for me was that I had only one number to call - Jessica, the office Manager at Esposito Plumbing - On any all l questions I has. I never had anything but great service & all of my questions answered. They took care of everything! The team from Esposito Plumbing, Rob, Mike, Jay, Nick and others were the best - very professional with great attention to detail. Great Installation and great clean up.
